The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
REPORTS OF T.W.RUSSELL, I.FRED STINE, AND MISS SPROUL.
The report of T.W.Russell,Supt. of the County Home; I.Fred Stine, County Agent and
Miss Sproul, Home Demonstration Agent, were respectively presented by them, and each
report was approved.
MR. F.M.YELLOTT. RESIDENT ENGINEER OF HIGHWAYS
Mr. F.M.Yellott,.the new Resident Highway Engineer, for this County, and transferred
here July 1st. appeared before the Board, by way of introduction, and introduced himself
in such capacity. The Board assured Mr. Yellott, of it's desire to co- operate fully with
him in his work, and expressed the hope that he would do likewise.
TREASURER'S REPORT.
Mr. McCann, Treasurer submitted his report, which was found to be satisfactory,

and was approved by the Board.
PAUL ORNDORFF
Mr. H.A.Orndorff, appeared before the Board relative to having Paul Orndorff, a
tuberculor patient, sent to Sanitorium, Mr. Orndorff was directed to have the necessary
papers and reports presented through the Welfare office, to the end that he might be
admitted to the Sanitorium.
BUDGET FOR SECONDARY ROAD SYSTEM.
The final budget for the secondary road system for the year 1940 -41, which was
presented to this Board by Mr. IN.C.Poston, upon motion of Mr. Lemley, seconded by Mr. Fout,
the same is unanimously approved.
Bills totaling 2,471.82 were approved and ordered to be paid from the General County
Fund by checks 2t4*1v Nos. 4815 to 4865 inclusive.

Sheep claims totaling $117.90 were approved and ordered to be paa from the
Dog Fund by warrants Nos. 418 to 428 inclusive.
It is ordered that the Board now adjourn.
