' Mr. Shumate is a planner representing the Division of State Planning and Community Affairs. Mr. Bass moved that the Planning Commission recommend to the Board of Supervisors that the petition of Julian F. Garber be dis- approved and that a new petition be submitted requesting a specific area for R -2 zoning. The motion was seconded by Mr. Venskoske and passed. The Planning Commission then began discussion of the County Comprehensive Plan with Mr. Shumate. Respectfully submitted, Jar l Don E. Krue er, ting Secretary 1 James W. Golladay, ClKairman
