HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC_07-29-68_Meeting_Minutes7r MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF FREDERICK COUNTY, VIRGINIA Held July 29, 1968 - 4:00 P.M. Present: J. W. Golladay, Chairman; D. K. Russell; C. L. Ritter; Belmont Fout; Elmer Venskoske; D. L. Baughman; and Joseph A. Massie, Jr., Secretary; also, Mr. W. R. Williams, Sanitarian; Mr. Sam Reeves, City Engineer for water and sewer; also, I. Fred Stine, member of the Frederick County Sanitation Authority; also, T. B. Brumback; T. B. Rosenberger; Robert Russell; and Raymond Sandy members of the Board of Supervisors; and George B. Whitacre, Clerk of the same; also, John McNair and Stephen Carnes of John McNair and Associates; and also David Headley from the Farmers Home Administration. The Meeting was called to order by Mr. Golladay, who announced that this was a joint meeting of the Frederick County Planning Commission, Frederick County Sanitation Authority, and Board of Supervisors of Frederick County, Virginia, to hear the preliminary report of John McNair and Associates pursuant to the contract with the Frederick County Planning Commission. The report was then received from Mr. McNair, which included prepared statements with exhibits of charts and maps. Fifteen (15) copies were passed urged to keep quiet concerning the On Motion duly made, seconded and passed, the Planning Commission agreed to call a Special Meeting at 4:00 o'clock, Pt M.,.on August 14th, 1968 to consider further the report, and the above - mentioned parties are invited to again meet with the Planning Commission.
