Kennedy, Senior Planner F �-- Subject: October Meeting Agenda Package Date: September 24, 2002 540/665-5651 FAX: 540/665-6395 The Frederick County Transportation Committee will hold a public hearing for the update of the Secondary Road Improvement Plan at 7:30 p.m. on October 1, 2002 in the Board Room of the Frederick County Administration Building, 107 North Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia. 'The agenda for this meeting is as follows: AGENDA 1) Review and Update of the 2003/2004 Frederick County Secondary Road Improvement Plan. 2) Other. Included in this agenda package is aproposed draft update of the 2003/2004 Frederick County Secondary Road Improvement Plan and a copy of the adopted Hard Surface Improvement Projects Rating System Policy. The draft plan identifies the proposed major road improvement projects, hard surface road improvement projects, and incidental construction projects. Staff will present a map which depicts all proposed road improvement priorities during the meeting. Please contact our department if you are unable to attend this meeting. Access is limited during the evening hours. Therefore, it will be necessary to enter the building through the back double doors of the Board of Supervisors Room, located in the rear of the new addition of the county building. I would encourage committee members and interested citizens to park in the County parking lot located in the rear of the building, or in the joint Judicial Center parking lot and follow the sidewalk to the back double doors of the Board Room.
