Lohr, Planner I RE: November Meeting DATE: November 8, 1999 The Frederick County Historic Resources Advisory Board (HRAB) will be meeting on Tuesday, November 16, 1999 at 7:30 p.m., in the first floor conference room of the Frederick County Administration Building, 107 North Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia. AGENDA I. Continuation of October discussion regarding the Plaque Program. Please refer to the enclosed list. If you have a copy of Ms. Kalbian's book, it may be helpful to bring it to the meeting in order to reference the properties we will be discussing. II. Virginia's Rural Historic Districts and how they might apply in Frederick County. III. Other Please contact this office if you will be unable to attend. Thank you. Access to this building is limited during the evening hours. Therefore, it will be necessary to enter the building through the rear door of the four-story wing. I would encourage committee members to park in the county parking lot located behind the new addition or in the Joint Judicial Center parking lot and follow the sidewalk to the back door of the four-story wing. At the meeting, I would like to select 10 to 15 of these properties for consideration of a historic plaque. Then, the Planning Department will send information to these property owners regarding the application process. At the November meeting, I would appreciate any feedback the Board can provide as to which properties you feel are most worthy of a plaque. Also, any additions to this list are encouraged.
