at 7:30 PM in the First Floor Conference Room of the Frederick County Administration
Building, 107 North Kent Street, Winchester, Virginia.
PLEASE NOTE: This meeting will be held in the Frederick County Administration Building,
four-story section. Please enter the building from North Kent Street; a map has been enclosed.

I. Review of the Preliminary Master Development Plan for Woodbrook.
This PMDP consists of a residential development on 42.50 acres
adjacent to the Opequon Presbyterian Church in Kernstown. Staff
will present additional materials during the meeting.
