Meeting held at 107 N. Kent St. on August 25, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. five (5) members present.
I. Discussion of removing B-2 from Section 165-48.7of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance
a. Flex -tech use is not allowed in the B-2 zoning district.
b. Committee believes change should occur.
Action: Changes scheduled for next PC.
II. Discussion of changes to Section 165-134 of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance
a. B-4 will be removed use not allowed.
b. This zoning district in not in the ordinance.
Action: Change and schedule for next PC.
III. Discussion of adding HE (Higher Education) Zoning District to Article XVII of the ordinance
a. Staff presented to the committee adding HE to the zoning ordinance.
b. As currently written a Master Development Plan (MDP) is not required for the HE
district.
c. Committee agreed to add HE to Article XVII of the zoning ordinance.
Action: Change and schedule for next PC.
