Meeting held at 107 N. Kent St. on April 28, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. three (3) members present.
I. Discussion of Section 165-30 G & H of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance
a. Changes regarding signs in the business signs RA zoning district.
b. Committee believes changing the sq ft and height of business signs in the RA district.
c. Changes would be same as B-1.
Action: Changes scheduled for next PC.
II. Discussion of removing Section 165-48.9 of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance
a. Section will be removed use not allowed in B-2.
Action: Change and schedule for next PC.
III. Discussion of Section 165-48.9 Inter -parcel streets
a. Staff presented to committee adding inter -parcel streets to the zoning ordiance. .
b. Committee agreed to adding inter -parcel streets to the ordinance.
Action: Change and schedule for next PC.
