WHEREAS, Frederick County received a request to amend Chapter 165, Zoning, to allow chain-link fence with slats for the screening of certain uses in the County's business and industrial districts; these uses included outdoor storage and processing, motor vehicle uses, automotive repair shop, public garages, and storage/self-storage facilities; and WHEREAS the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this ordinance Res # 027-21
