The minutes of the last meeting held on the 9th day of June,
1947., were read and approved.

Reports of F. M. Yellott, Road Engineer, Joseph A. Massie, Jr.
Commonwealth's Attorney, Tillie Chaplin of the Welfare Board, Mildred Shirley, Home
Demonstration Agent, I. Fred Stine, County Agent, Harry L. McCann, County Treasurer and
Earl Cather, Game Warden were read and approved.
ROAD VIEWERS _
Upon motion duly seconded, Carroll Solenberger, Amos Lillard
and Carlton Ramey, were appointed to road viewers to view route No. 636, known as
Lane and the Clerk is ordered to notify then to be present on the 24th day of July, I947 at
I0:00 A. M. to qualify and then to view the above mentioned road and make a report to this
Board.
RENNER ROAD
Upon motion of H. C. Light and seconded by G. W. Lemley this
Board recommends that the State Highway Commission include in the Secondary Road System
the Renner Road from route 50 -060 M1 West W.C.L. Winchester in a Northernly direction
for a distance of I070 feet.
RIDENOUR ROAD
Upon motion of H. C. Light and Seconded by G. W. Lemley, this
Board recommends that the State Highway Commission include in the Secondary Road System
the Ridenour Road known as Brindles Lane beginning at the New Town ram bridge in Double
Churches - Highview road no 640 and running in a westernly direction for a distance of
.35 of a mile.
BILLS APPROVED
Accounts totaling $2 were approved and ordered to be
paid from the General County Fund by warrants numbers I0I46 to I0192 inclusive and
Earl Cather's Salary and Livestock and fowl claims totaling $264.00 were approved and
ordered to be paid from the Dog Fund by warrants numbers 892 to 900 inclusive.
It is ordered that the Board do now adjourn.
