The County supports this program and the focus on reducing detainments of status offenders by providing a detention alternative to youth in Frederick County and Winchester. The Timbrook Achievement Center is a strong community-based collaborative effort of Frederick County and the City of Winchester along with other partners. Frederick County is continuously striving to improve and strengthen our communities. This enhancement of the TAC will offer youth the opportunity to succeed academically as well as build vocational and professional skills. Allowing these youth to build these skills will prepare them to be positive contributing members of our community and, in turn, continue to strengthen Frederick County for years to come. Yours truly, Kris Tierney Frederick County Administrator 107 North Kent Street  Winchester, Virginia 22601
