BILLS APPROVED Accounts totaling $2,4I6.38 were approved and ordered to be paid from the General County Fund by Warrants numbers 8067 to 8I05 inclusive and Livestock Claims and F. W. Pingley's salary totaling $II4.40 were approved and ordered to be paid from the Dog Fund by warrants numbers 686 to 692 inclusive. Yellott, Resident Engineer presented the Final Budget for the Secondary Road System for the year beginning July I, I944 to June 30, I945. I 277 0 REPAIRING WILL BOOKS It was unanimously ordered that the Clerk send will book No 3 to the State Library to be repaired and have one Photo Copy made and to be charged to fund for indexing. S. Y. Cox, came before the Board and requested the Board to increase the appropriation of the County Agent from $720.00 to $I,020.00 for the year beginning January I, I945. After some discussion and due consideration and on motion of "..illiam Carpenter and seconded by H. C. Light it ryas decided not to make the increase, but to make the appropriation $720.00 for the year beginning January I, I945, which is the same amount as was appropriated for the year of I944. Rosenberger was appointed to serve on the Advisory Committee for Census. RATION OF BUDGET The object of the meeting was to work on the perparation of the I945 and I946 Budget, the day was therefore spent in the preparation of the Budget.
