At the Regular Yeeting of the Board of Supervisors of Frederick
County Virginia, held in the Supervisors Room over the Clerk's Office on Monday November
9th, I942.

Minutes of the Regular Meeting held October I4th, I942 were read and
approved.
REPORTS OF F. W. PINGLEY, MISS SPROUSE, I. FRED STINE, T. W. RUSSELL, H. L. McCANN
AND MRS. NALLEY.
The reports of F. Vi. Pingley, Game Warden, IA. E. Sprouse, Home
Demonstration Agent, I. Fred Stine, County Agent, T. W. Russell, Superintendant of
County Home, H. L. McCann, County Treasurer, Mrs. Nal.ley, Board of Public Welfare, were
severally presented by each of them, and each report was approved and ordered filed.
ELECTION COSTS:
Upon motion of H. M. Fout, seconded by G. W. Lemley it was ordered
that the Clerk draw warrants for the payment of the costs of the election held
November 3rd. I942.
CLAIMS FOR STOCK DESTROYED BY DOGS
Claims of C. L. Williams, Walter Light, James Catlett, and T. W.
Russell for live stock destroyed by dogs and approved by F. W. Pingley, Game Warden,
were ordered paid from the Dog Fund.
DISPOSAL OF JUNK
Upon motion of William Carpenter, seconded by G. W. Lemley it was
ordered that the Clerk arrange the sale of all discarded metal material formerly used
in the Treasurer's and Clerk's Offices.
BILLS APPROVED
Adcounts totalling $ 2,650.39 were approved and ordered paid from the
General Uounty Fund by 17arrants Numbers 67I2 to 6895 inclusive, and livestock claims
totalling $ I33.50 were approved and ordered to be paid from the Dog Fund by Warrants
Numbers 562 to 566 inclusive.
It is ordered that the Board do now adjourn.
