This Amount Represents a Carry Forward to Complete Projects Initiated in FY 2008 -2009: Gas to Energy Facility, Truck Wash and Closure of a Ten Acre of the Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Cell. This Amount Also Includes the Cost of the Professional Services Associated with Completing These Projects. Upon motion made by Bill M. Ewing, and seconded by Gary A. Carry Forward Reques #s �� The public works committee reviewed and endorsed the attached carry forward requests related to projects that were funded and initiated, but not completed, during Fiscal Year 2008f2009. Because of the urgency and amount of the landfill request, the committee recommended that this request in the amount of $5,775,004 be submitted directly to the board of supervisors so that a public hearing can be advertised prior to their scheduled meeting on August 12, 2009. The remaining requests associated v��ith the refuse collection and �hawneeland budgets will be submitted to the finance committee for their review and action priar to subfx�ittal to the board of supervisors.
