SPECIAL MELTING - BUDGETS
This was a joint meeting of the Frederick County Board of Supervisors and
the Frederick County School Board.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the different items in the School 1,
Board Budget for the year 1958 and 1959.
The Supervisors prepared their budget for the year beginning on July 1,
1958 and ending on the 30th day of June, 1959. No further business was transacted.

Upon motion, duly made and seconded, permission w granted the Disabled
American Veterans to conduct a carnival on the Ed Youlden lot; said lot being located south of
Winchester in Shawnee District.

Upon motion, duly made and seconded, the Levy for the year of 1958 and
1959 w unanimously fixed as follows:

Upon motion, duly made and seconded, Wilbur P. Anderson was employed by t
Board of Supervisors as Janitor for the term beg-inning on the first day of March, 1958; and
further, his salary was fixed at $200.00 per calendar month.
