UNIVERSITY - CHARLOTTES VA.
Upon motion of B. 0. Brumback and seconded by C. L. Garber, the Chairman is
ordered to sign the contract with the University Hospital, Charlottesville, Virginia, at rate of '
$14.90 per day.
CONTRACT - CITIES OIL COLIPATIY
Upon motion of Grover Teets duly seconded by B. 0. Brumback, the contract and
lease to the Cities Oil Company for a portion of the County Hitching lot was approved and C. Y..
Rosenberger, Chairman, was to execute the contract on behalf of Frederick County and
, the Board of Supervisors.
ROUTE 600 - HIGHWAY DEPI:RTIIENT
Upon motion of Paul Luttrell and seconded by B. 0. Brumback, the following
Resolution was passes: BL IT nSOLVED, that the section of Route 600 from the end of Project
1334 -02 and Siler, a distance of approximately 2.8 miles, be the next project constructed with
Secondary Federal Aid funds in the county.
BILLS PAYABLE
Accounts totaling $4975.42 were approved and ordered to be paid from the General
County Fund by warrants numbers 13717 to 13757 inclusive and Livestock, fowl claims and Earl
Cather's salary totaling $215.04 were approved and ordered to be paid from the Dog Fund by war-
rants numbers 1253 to 1259 inclusive.
Upon motion it is ordered that the Board do novi
