CAREER AWARENESS DAY PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, on the threshold of a new millennium we jointly recognize the future prosperity
of any community remains in the hands of each generation's youth; and
WHEREAS, a complete education goes beyond the walls of the schoolhouse, beyond the text
in books, and beyond the year of graduation; and
WHEREAS, we live in a community rich in heritage and rich in culture. We live in a
community that is growing. We live in a community that is a strong economic jewel upon which to
build a promising and prosperous future.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Frederick County Board of Supervisors' Chairman Richard C.
