051-02 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS Resolution of Appreciation Honoring Lester A. Ritenour WHEREAS, Lester A. Ritenour served as an Extension Agent in the Frederick County Extension Office from January 1, 1975, until his retirement on July 1,2002; and, WHEREAS, through countless hours, he generously gave his time and talents to develop the Frederick County 4-H Program to the high standards which now exist; and, WHEREAS, his selfless devotion and tireless efforts have been, and will continue to be, a lasting inspiration for those who carry on the work of the Frederick County 4-H Program, always striving, as he did, to meet its goals and objectives; and, WHEREAS, he is a loyal and caring friend whose many kindnesses and uplifting spirit touched the lives of so many people; and, WHEREAS, his example wiIllive in the hearts and minds of his many friends and colleagues. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that on this 12'h day of June, 2002, the Frederick County Board of Supervisors does hereby officially express its gratitude to Lester A. Ritenour for his dedication and commitment of time and energy to the betterment of his community and overalI dedication to the Frederick County 4-H Program. ADOPTED, this 12th day of June, 2002.
