Dear Charles:
On November 8, 2002, VDOT accepted construction of all right-of-way improvements of the
referenced development.
By copy of this letter to Mr. Patrick Davenport, Frederick County Subdivision Administrator, we are
providing him a legal description of these streets so the necessary Board of Supervisors' resolution
may be prepared. For your information the total length of the proposed addition is 0.23 mile.
Once we receive the signed and executed Board resolution in this office, the actual addition date can be
established. However, assuming a July 1, 2003 addition date can be accomplished the maintenance fee
will be waived. However, the surety amount will be $3,750.00. The surety instrument should be dated
from July 1,2003 to July 1, 2004.
To meet the July 1,2003 addition date, the required bond will need to be in our office by June 1,2003.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at (540) 535-1828.
Sincerely,
